Pulses are among the healthiest and most affordable sources of protein in the world. High in fibre and low in fat, the pulse family is made up of dry beans, peas, chickpeas, and lentils - all of which can be grown locally.
In this workshop, we'll show how to make a series of easy to prepare dishes that make abundant use of this delicious superfood. Participants will enjoy a meal together and receive recipes to take home.
