Working together, you will learn safe water bath canning techniques while pickling seasonal produce. We will also review how to easily freeze and storage techniques.
Workshop is held in Myrtle's Kitchen, on the 2nd floor of Peterborough Public Health.
All ingredients will be purchased from the Peterborough Downtown Farmers' Market
